This is a project I had to whip in between orders! Thankful it came out halfway decent! Hope you like it! 

Photo Cookie

This is a giant (12 in.) cookie with an edible image. This is a very special cookie for me. I made this for the 10th anniversary of my father's passing. It turned out absolutely adorable but we couldn't eat it!

These were a little labor intensive to do! This is my first attempt at lace with royal icing and hard candy middles. Even though it was a little challenging and it's not perfect I enjoyed doing these cookies very much!  I will be doing more of these, THEY WERE FUUUNNN!
