 I know I always say I had fun decorating the cookies I post! This time I have to say it again I had too much fun with these! I luv the detailed piping on the boots, definitely I will try this parchment cone technique again soon! These cookies are an order for my niece Vanessa for her best friend Car who is turning 21!
